Dropped off vehicle on a Saturday morning, and was immediately given a loaner vehicle. Received diagnosis that warranty would cover :-) Communication was thorough and work was completed by Monday afternoon. Picked car up after work, and drove my vehicle home extremely satisfied with the service and “sometimes stressful” process of car exchange! Way to go CBB, and thank you Mike for the assistance!
Battery light flashed yesterday. Dropped off car this morning and they provided an estimate should battery (5 years old) was failing. Dealer utilizes UBER in lieu of shuttle which meant direct drive, 3 minute wait for a car, and pickup on my schedule, all at their expense. Car was done when promised and price was less than their estimate and more than $100 less than the BMW dealer would have been. Totally positive experience!
Purchased a BMW X1 back in February and this was the first time my car was serviced at Certified Benz & Beemer. A service representative picked up the car at my office at 11:30 a.m. and left me a BMW 3 series sedan as a loaner. I think this part of the service is invaluable in terms of a time savings. The service technician called at 2:30 and 5:30, answered all my questions, and then my car was delivered back to me at 6:30. Also, the car had been through an exterior wash. I thought the experience was efficient and the customer service was excellent. Very pleased overall.

Had them fix center bearing in drive shaft and they noticed fuel sender was bad showed me the problem and replaced it. Collin the writer and Joel the tech showed great communication with me and would highly recommend people to get their car serviced here.

I called Certified Benz and Beemer to quote me to change my brakes on my Maserati Ghibli. They quoted me with an amazing price. The work done ended up being amazing and my car was done after a few hours of work. They cleaned the car on the inside and outside.
