When I bought vehicle #2 from CNN, I got 2 services, detail and rental. According to Danny, I could have one not used from the first lemon Mercedes I bought, but was told that I only have 2 instead of that other one to make 3. Regardless, I requested an appointment online, which was nice, but it isn't really an appointment system, just a contact form requesting someone to call for scheduling. I also put my number in there, but people keep calling my husband. Ok, whatever.
Michael called and we set up a convenient appointment. I was glad for early times, so that I could beat traffic, being that I'm about 35 miles away. Michael helped me right away, and gave me a loaner. I was bummed that it was dirty and had no gas in it, but beggars can't be choosers.
All that aside, my service and communication from Michael was top notch. He made suggestions, gave me quotes, and never once used high pressure sales tactics. He was honest about urgency, or lack thereof for each item on the list. My car was done in the estimated time frame, and checking out via text with Michael was super convenient. My detail was great, as well as the service. I appreciate a great, hassle-free visit.
