Beware! Dishonest people!!! They will not refund your deposit, even if they SELL THE CAR! And, when you call in they record your conversation as "quality Dishonest people!!! They will not refund your deposit, even if they SELL THE CAR! And, when you call in they record your conversation as "quality assurance" but use the recording later if you dispute something. I received the deal sheet via e-mail with a statement that my $1,000 was non-refundable, but would not sign it. Didn't matter, just because they sent it to me, they consider that a done deal. And the sales person will be your best friend until you say you can't buy the car. She will say one thing on the recorded line, but something different on her personal cell phone. I never signed anything, yet they have my $1,000 and refuse to refund it. Luckily American Express did refund it, but the dealership is still fighting it rather than doing the right thing. Money is everything to these people, not the customer. So beware. And remember you will be recorded if you call in to talk to these people. "Quality assurance" they say... More

Under no circumstances do we recommend this dealership. Sold us a vehicle they replace tires on with missing tire sensor they broke. We contacted sales rep for dealership was told they would do nothing we Sold us a vehicle they replace tires on with missing tire sensor they broke. We contacted sales rep for dealership was told they would do nothing we need to take it to a tire dealer. We did and paid them to replace it thy said whoever replaced the tires broke the sensor.We will be needing to replace our vehicle primarily soon but will never use Champion Chevrolet again. Enjoy the $35.00 you saved we’ll enjoy our new vehicle from another establishment. 🇺🇸 More

Bait & Switch Scam Champion sent me multiple flyers promising a deal on an oil change and tire rotation and safety inspection at a certain price but when I went in to ge Champion sent me multiple flyers promising a deal on an oil change and tire rotation and safety inspection at a certain price but when I went in to get it done the price was different because they add on bogus charges for shop supplies and such when they're done. What a racket. I have bought two brand new Chevy pickups from them but I won't be buying anymore vehicles there and I certainly won't be falling for anymore of their service scams either, I can guarantee you that. More
