I had an unplanned leak of a red fluid so I called. They thought I should bring it over soon. Upon arrival Bruce greeted me and listened to my story. He went forward and immediately stated "I smell coolant" thought I should bring it over soon. Upon arrival Bruce greeted me and listened to my story. He went forward and immediately stated "I smell coolant". He was right! Upon inspection they found a major leak at the main water pump bearing. They replaced the pump and thermostat, topped of coolant plus I had them do routine oil, lube and filter. Bruce communicated with me often, informing me of progress and expected costs. Well done Service Team! More
