I had done my research and test driving at various dealerships The process of buying a car is usually a very frustrating one sided negotiation dance. I had done my research and test driving at various dealerships in selecting a Chevy Traverse for this new purchase. I engaged with 3 dealerships via the internet/email on my interest and setup follow-up meetings with each dealership to hopefully negotiate a fair deal. Champion Avon was my 2nd meeting in this process and following my introduction to my sales rep, David Snoddy, there was no reason for me to keep my appointment with 3rd dealership. David was excellent in following my lead in evaluating the options I desired. Champion Avon and David showed what it means to earn someone's business. This is my 10th car purchase and by far was the best experience. I discovered this dealership when seeing that they are the #1 rated dealership in Indiana through a Google search. They backed it up.
