Very friendly car buying experience! (Update) I had a great car buying experience at Chevrolet Exchange on 10/12/19. I was able to come to a financing agreement on a 2018 Chevy Cruze RS that was in great condition. The Chevy Exchange personnel were very informative on the vehicle and additional services that they offer such as warranties, accessories, etc. I was able to test drive other vehicles before making my final decision to make sure I was satisfied. Unlike a previous dealership I visited earlier, getting help took forever and staff was very rude and arrogant. -Update- Very bad customer service. I am still waiting on plastic trim clips that I was supposed to receive nearly a month ago, but nothing yet. The salesman who helped me with my vehicle purchase assisted me with the parts I requested, but has not followed up with any information in regards to this. I can't believe something as simple as plastic hardware is unobtainable. Will need to visit a different dealership. More

We’ve felt with Chevy Exchange for 4 years now . The first time was when we leased the 2016 Equinox. Now we have the 2010 Equinox. Everyone in all departments is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They care for their customers like they would care for their families. Service is superior! We can't say enough about Danny Trujillo. He is the best of the best!! We has helped us when we leased all three of our cars. He listens carefully to our needs and wants and does his very best to find us the car that is right for us and that we will love. In addition, he goes above and beyond to help us (two senior citizens) set up the bells and whistles in our car. Yesterday he helped us set up our navigation system, favorite radio stations, our seat and mirror positions, and paired my cell phone to the car. He suggested things to set up and showed us how to do things in the car that we would never have thought of. He also took much time helping us install the myChevrolet app into my iPhone and explained how to use it. He told us about using points to cover an extra oil change. He is an excellent, patient teacher. We were there for five hours. Even though Danny had to take care of a few other matters while we were there, we always felt like he was giving us all of his attention and never felt rushed. He always had a smile on his face. It's obvious Danny loves his job and loves helping people. Thanks you so much for everything, Danny! More
