Worst service possible My husband and I went to chevy exchange to purchase a new SUV. We were in between a Tahoe and the new Traverse. We were greeted by Moody and my husban My husband and I went to chevy exchange to purchase a new SUV. We were in between a Tahoe and the new Traverse. We were greeted by Moody and my husband let him know that we were in between these two cars and that we wanted to see both. He toke us to the Tahoe and my husband started asking him questions about the different trims and info about the truck, He was very unknowledgeable about his product and didn't like the fact that we were asking questions. His only response was " its very nice." He started to tell him husband that we were not serious buyers and were just wasting his time. My husband became very offended and told him he no longer wanted to work with him anymore and we left the dealer. We ended up going to another chevy dealer where we bought a 2018 traverse. The experience at the chevy exchange was very unpleasant and I would not recommend anyone thats looking for a vehicle to go there. More
