This is a great family business with the personal family touch. I asked a lot of questions, Joe extremely patient and knowledgeable and just plain a good person to talk to. After spending 6 weeks searching for a car we found one and more importantly Joe does not push at all to purchase. We had unfortunately been treated at other dealerships like a number by pushy sales people who just wanted a sell. Joe didn't do this, seeming to want to ensure a good match for my son and his first car. Excellent service all around and will return and recommend to others. Excellence in Customer Service It has been quite some time since I made my last purchase at Chignoli Auto as I was not in the market for a used vehicle until this time. There was no comparison to the dealerships where I had purchased new cars. The transaction was streamlined from beginning to end. No pressure to purchase, took the vehicle out for a test drive with Marc, returned a day later and was told to take the car out and take my time. I returned after the test drive to make my purchase which was stress free and done with ease. It took less than a 1/2 hour to complete. When I got the vehicle home I noticed some debris on the wheel wells which I could not remove, I informed Marc and he told me to bring the car back and his guys would take care of it. Which they did. Marc knew I was leaving on vacation and went above and beyond to get the vehicle taken care of before I was to leave. I HIGHLY recommend Chignoli Auto if you are in the market for a reliable used vehicle, you can't gp wrong with this family owned business. More

After dealing with a few other dealerships and having unpleasant experiences, I decided to take the trip out there after the initial conversations I've had with Marc went quite well. When I got there, Marc showed me the car, it looked great and he was 100% honest with me about the photos prior to me taking the drive and the rest of the transaction was painless as he already had me pre-approved before I got there. Marc was amazing to deal with, the cars on the lot all looked nice and I will do business with them again in the future. More
