I've said it before, but it still holds true -- there are Infiniti dealers closer to my house, but I CHOOSE to deal with Circle Infiniti because I know that Ann cares about her customers and that she ensures a smooth and happy experience throughout the entire process! Excellent Customer Service John Dilieto is always very helpful and takes the time to explain what services should be done ASAP and what doesn't have to be completed that visit. John Dilieto is always very helpful and takes the time to explain what services should be done ASAP and what doesn't have to be completed that visit. Allowing me to determine the best way to handle the service concerns which is important with trying to balance a monthly budget. Everyone at the dealership is super friendly and I feel that they truly want to provide outstanding service each time I visit. I will continue to use this dealership for my services and plan to buy my next vehicle from them in the future, Hopefully not too soon in the future though. Looking to get many more miles out of my current car. More
