The process of buying a car is stressful, but the team I worked with at this dealership made it anything but that. Gilbert(salesman), Dennis(manager) and Vesko(finance) made my experience the best I could h worked with at this dealership made it anything but that. Gilbert(salesman), Dennis(manager) and Vesko(finance) made my experience the best I could have asked for. They stopped at nothing to get me the car I was looking to purchase and made sure I was happy. They communicated very well and kept me informed about the process from start to finish. I highly recommend working with all 3 employees at the VW in Evanston. I know I will be revisiting them when it is time for a new car. More
