We arrived at a deal and Mike was able to talk me through the financials quickly. When it was time to pick up the car and transfer my existing plates that experience was also seamless and quick. Poor Service Communication and follow through I have just spent the last 15 minutes being yelled at by the dealership owner-he says he does not have enough service people and cannot hire them and I have just spent the last 15 minutes being yelled at by the dealership owner-he says he does not have enough service people and cannot hire them and so his solution to that is to yell at his customers if the customers are not satisfied. I have had problems with my Android Auto on my 2018 Crosstrek from the beginning-I am now going on my fourth radio. But according to the owner, I should understand that he can't do anything about having his service people call their customers for updates on their car repair. Wow-he has a captive audience I guess--lucky for him. Maybe the real world will catch up to him at some point-one can only hope. More
2019 CrossTrek purchase I traded in my 2015 CrossTrek (which I also bought at CitySide Subaru) for a 2019 CrossTrek. I really like this model, it meets my needs and has prove I traded in my 2015 CrossTrek (which I also bought at CitySide Subaru) for a 2019 CrossTrek. I really like this model, it meets my needs and has proven to be a reliable and fun to drive car. I enjoyed working with Mark, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and was very thorough in making sure that I understood features of the new car that I was not familiar with. The trade-in and new car purchase went smoothly, and everything was completed on the promised date. So far, I have been very pleased with the features and performance of my 2019 CrossTrek. More
