Great experience! I had a great experience. I was in the market for a 2019 Impreza Sport. I spoke to multiple dealers beforehand (which is unavoidable since I went thro I had a great experience. I was in the market for a 2019 Impreza Sport. I spoke to multiple dealers beforehand (which is unavoidable since I went through TrueCar) and ultimately went with Cityside because they gave me a good price for both my new car and my trade-in, I didn’t feel pressured, etc. Crystal was also very friendly and helpful later when I was being very indecisive about accessories (I’m still not sure if I want the OEM roof rack) and I really appreciated the additional time she spent helping me even though the sale was already complete. I’m also adding positive reviews for the service side, since I had my previous Subaru serviced there and I always had a good experience. More

The Crosstrek is a great car for me. Crystal's insightful car knowledge, and her graceful salesperson approach to my purchase, made the whole process so easy and smooth. I highly suggest this dealership, and I highly recommend Crystal. My only regret was that her dog didn't come with my car. Henry More

The process was seamless Rob in sales is phenomenal, super helpful and made everything very easy and fast. The gentleman and finance was less than impressive, and I am glad I was able to pay outright and not have to navigate a loan through him. That being said I would recommend this dealership. Picking up the car was an annoyance, with breakdowns and communication about the time I was picking it up and what needed to be completed, but for my understanding that doesn't happen very often there. I just didn't look out in that respect. More
