Flavio was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. All car salespeople should be more like Flavio. First time buying a Subaru after 20+ years of Toyotas. Mark Lidano made this an easy transaction. Walked us through the vehicle we were interested in and thoroughly explained everything.
