Mark Lidano was really easy to work with when we came in looking for a used Subaru Outback. We gave him a list of what we were looking for, and he found a car that matched every specification. He pointed out all the features on the test drive, which was long enough to allow us to see how it feels on a highway (unlike some other dealerships that test drive you around the block). Mark was honest and not at all sales-y. My husband and I had expected a totally different experience walking into a dealership; we were prepared to be dealing with a stereotype out of the movies - that was not at all what we got at Cityside Subaru. Would highly recommend purchasing a car from here! The financing process was also pretty easy. Mark had let the finance guy know in advance that we were planning to purchase outright and were unlikely to buy any extras. The finance guy let us know that and said that he was obliged to at least make sure we knew what we were turning down. He went through it all super quickly, and at the end, he said that he was prepared to offer us a deal in the case it would change our minds. He shared the deal with us, we said no, and it was all over lickety split. I didn't feel like someone was trying to goad us into spending more than we wanted to. More
