We met with Mark Lidano our salesperson in early May 2021. He kindly found a Subaru cross trek on the lot with all the options we wanted and we drove it for a test drive and we loved it! We put money down and Mark ordered the car in our color. We needed the new car to get the new car by late August. Mark stated that the delivery would take place in 2-2 1/2 months. Crystal, Crystal, Crystal! We had a blast working with her. We found her by searching online and reading other reviews, set up an appointment with her in July 2021, and she was quick to respond back. Like others have said, she was patient, genuine and funny. She listened to our needs, answered all of our questions, and worked out various pricing and payment scenarios so we stayed on budget. She went over all the features of the car, and there was no BS or pressure to do anything we didn't want to. Walking into the dealership we weren't sure what was going to be available because of COVID, but Cityside went above and beyond for us, especially as we wanted to donate our old car, and were waiting to get a new title. The financing process with Michael was fast (in a good way, with everything clearly explained), and again, no pressure or BS from him either. We LOVE our Impreza hatchback, and recommend those looking for a Subaru to go to Cityside and Crystal. More

Purchasing my car off of lease was not my initial plan; however, circumstances made it the most viable option. I thought it would be best to borrow through my credit union but quickly learned through an un however, circumstances made it the most viable option. I thought it would be best to borrow through my credit union but quickly learned through an unpleasant experience with them that Subaru had my interests in mind more than the Credit Union, which was pushing me to spend (rather than save) in order to get their lowest rate of 2.99%. I received a lower interest rate from Subaru and the transaction was streamlined, transparent, and simple. I really could not have had a better experience. The customer service from start to finish was excellent. Michael's candor and professionalism made this experience 100% positive. This dealership doesn't have aggressive/offputting sales tactics. The vehicles sell themselves, and the people who work there facilitate the transaction to make it as easy as possible. More
