Words of advice: buy your car here and buy it from Crystal. After 15 years with my Toyota Corolla, I had delayed the new car purchase as long as I could and it was time to get a new vehicle. I knew I wanted a Crosstrek and I knew I wanted to prioritize buying my car in a way that was efficient, straightforward and safe (given COVID). After strong referrals from both friends and other buyers online, I found Crystal. She made the process of purchasing my new 2021 Crosstrek clear, honest, so very easy and 100% enjoyable. One of the things I loved most about working with Crystal was her willingness to get as much as humanly possible done over email and text during a time when none of us really want to spend time in close quarters. She didn't try to sell me things I didn't need or want and she was transparent with me about options and timing. When it came time to pick up my new car (which I LOVE), she walked me through final steps and introduced me to my Crosstrek in a way that made me feel like she was sharing in my joy and excitement. Crystal is a gem, and the Cityside team (Mike Nelson in the business office was also great) is excellent. I'm planning to make Cityside my regular home for all maintenance for my Crosstrek and when the time comes, Crystal will be my go-to for another Subaru purchase! More

It was a breeze to set up an appointment for a test drive and when we fell in love with the Ascent, Mark moved through the paperwork process as quickly as possible. Mark was very honest and patient as we went through the trim levels and did not waste our time or play games. Tom D. in the finance department was also a pleasure to work with and moved us through the financing process with ease. From a COVID stand point we were also pleased to see surfaces being wiped down, hand sanitizing stations and face coverings.
