She had a very honest and straightforward approach, making sure we were fully aware of the condition of the car by pointing out any tiny scratches on the exterior. (Nothing major - the car is in great shape - but I appreciated her candor and the attitude that we should have a full understanding of the car before buying.) We've had a few negative experiences at other dealers in the area, so it was truly refreshing to work with Crystal, Mike and Tom. Next time we're looking to buy a Subaru, we will start with CitySide. I came in several times and emailed Mark before making the purchase and he didn't hide some negatives about the car, such as its lack of a spare tire and less storage space than the usual Crosstrek-I really appreciated knowing this. Because of the COVID situation I was not able to get a full briefing of the car but I can't blame him for that. Its a complicated machine and will take some time to understand. Mark has answered all my questions so far promptly (there will be more). Cityside Subaru has taken good care of me- this is the second car I'be bought through them and the third that they have serviced. More
