I am grateful that this dealership does the work that's needed but does not appear to push additional work for the additional business. They are respectful, do the work that's needed, do it well, and get needed but does not appear to push additional work for the additional business. They are respectful, do the work that's needed, do it well, and get the work done quickly. If you don't mind, I'd like to mention an interaction I saw between a service rep and a young woman who brought her car for service while I was there. The service rep came out to the waiting area to let woman know that her car needed extensive work which would cost her in excess of $3,000. While reassuring her that her car was still safe to drive, he suggested that she may want to speak with someone at home and decide what she wanted to do from there. He didn't try to scare her into getting any of the work done right away, and he didn't use the opportunity to push her into buying a new car. That level of respect is rarely seen and worthy of continued business. More

Joe made the process quick and easy, in a time where vehicles are being sold with market adjustments I really appreciated that Joe gave me the vehicle at MSRP. Horrible experience. Agreed to sell me a car at MSRP and gave a lowball offer on our trade in and a terrible rate on Financing. The Salesman said if we could get a better rate and price to go ahead and find on my own. Once I did, I came back to buy the car and they refused to sell at MSRP since I wasn’t financing or trading in. Salesman and Mgr were beyond rude. We have bought 5 Hondas and won’t ever buy another one. More
