I visited five NJ Honda dealerships while searching for a new Honda CRV. I was elated when I discovered Clinton Honda could provide me with a new vehicle at MSRP. All other dealerships I tried charged a "m new Honda CRV. I was elated when I discovered Clinton Honda could provide me with a new vehicle at MSRP. All other dealerships I tried charged a "market adjustment fee" (due to the current shortage of cars available). That fee was anywhere from $2500 to $4000! I was SO disturbed that dealerships were charging this extra fee! My friend told me about Clinton Honda and I was really delighted when I learned they NEVER charge over MSRP! We met Erik, our delightful salesperson, late on Saturday afternoon and by Tuesday afternoon there was a shiny new Honda CRV EX sitting in my garage. They offered a fair price for the vehicle we traded, always communicated in a clear and concise manner, and never used a hard sell approach. They took the time to discover what I wanted in a car and worked hard to provide that. I have never in my (long) life enjoyed such a seamless purchase of a high ticket item. Clinton Honda restored my faith that dealerships can be successful while still making the needs of the customer their top priority. I'll definitely be a customer for life!! More
