The staff at the desk was very helpful. I waited over 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. I finally had to go out to the desk to see what was taking so long. The one lady was very nice. On my way home the low pressure signal for my tires came on. I also had 3 quarters laying on my console and 2 were gone. I won’t be coming back to this dealership again. More

We bought a 2021 CRV EXL Hybrid last Friday. The entire buying experience was just perfect! Bill (sales) and Mark (finance) were excellent to work with and I have nothing but good words to say about the ov buying experience was just perfect! Given the chip shortage and crazy market conditions, there is a Honda dealer in NJ that I visited a week earlier that had asked me to pay $5000 above MSRP for the same vehicle!! Bill was very upfront and no-nonsense in all the pricing (via e-mail) and offered me the vehicle at MSRP (going with market conditions) and there were no last minute surprises! The entire car buying experience was one of the best we've had in recent years and I would highly recommend Bill, Mark and Clinton Honda to any prospective buyers in the market for a new Honda!!
