Bill Butler is a wonderful asset to the dealership, always providing all the information you need to make an intelligent decision. There is never any pressure. His friendly demeanor and helpful insight is always just what you need to make an intelligent decision. I also want to recognize their outstanding finance manager, Ajay. Again, he offers you all your options, works hard to accommodate your needs and does not apply any pressure to take on something you don't want. Even though the specific vehicle trim was not available, Joe was able to locate the vehicle for us. We went in the week before the baby came to discuss a fair value for our trade-in. My wife then had the baby and Joe was patient and very 'e-savvy', allowing us to do a lot of the transaction via email and exchange of electronic documents. On the day it came to pickup our new Odyssey, Joe made the process seamless and the finance department was not pushy and also made it very easy. Based on the deals offered by various dealers in NJ, Pennsylvania and Delaware, we ended up contacting Clinton Honda and spoke with Joe Vizzi about the Accord Coupe we were looking for. Joe was personable and listened while we described the specific vehicle and touring package we wanted. Up front Joe understood that if Clinton Honda wasnt able to match the deals we had prearranged via the internet with competing Honda Dealers in the area we would shop elsewhere. Joe accepted the challenge of winning our business and answered questions about the car we were interested in purchasing without hesitation. Even though we asked many more questions than the average buyer and had Joe to look up model specific specifications and options on the Accord Touring Coupe that took time away from business he might otherwise have had he willingly went the distance to get answers for us. Over the course of several days, we talked back and forth with Joe about our new car and almost ended up walking away from the deal until we felt comfortable with Joe and the conditions of the sale. I would say that having purchased several cars recently at various dealerships, Joe stands out as a knowledgeable, patient, understanding and cooperative partner in the buying process. He allowed us to make the deal on our terms and time constraints without pressure or doublespeak. Would highly recommend Others to go see Bud On the other hand I felt that finance left a lot to be desired. Although John clearly was also knowledgeable in his position, he made me feel like he thought I was an idiot because I didn't want to take the Platinum extended warranty. After saying no 3 times he still didn't give up. I was also told that because of the type of car/purchase that was my only option. The paperwork provided says otherwise. If it hadn't have been for my immediate need of a car (mine all but died that day) I would have walked out right then. I have now purchased two cars from this dealership and would buy a third. More

Stephen Williams, the sales associate that helped me find the car I wanted, was nothing short of spectacular. During price negotiations, he remained extremely patient, but also fair with his offers. I thought this may be a tedious day at the dealership (just because of the paperwork, calling my insurance company, etc.), but Steve really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and out of there with my 2017 Civic Sedan as quickly as possible. Although it was somewhat of a quick trip, Steve was exceptionally thorough and did not miss a beat when making sure I left with nothing less than what I wanted. He was the epitome of personable and professional. I will ABSOLUTELY go back to Clinton Honda, and Stephen Williams, for any of my car needs. What a great experience! More
