Form the minute you walk into the dealership you are greeted in a very friendly manner and you immediately feel comfortable. During your stay, you never feel pressured and you don't really want to leave.. Its almost like you are at a friends house. Mike Racano and Rachel Lemos are outstanding at what they do. The secret is they truly enjoy what they do, and you the customer can sense it. Mike is wizard with the numbers and Rachel was an absolute joy to deal with. She knows the cars extremely well and her patience and demeanor is exemplary. Mike made sure everything went well and took care of everything. My experiences dealing with any of Steve and Josh Kalifers dealerships have been never short of 100% gratification. They have the perfect recipe for building the perfect car buying experience. No BS. I have been working with Clinton Honda for the past 11 years or so with leasing - as my recent lease was coming to an end I decided I was ready for so I have been working with Clinton Honda for the past 11 years or so with leasing - as my recent lease was coming to an end I decided I was ready for something different and choose to look at my options for some pre-owned vehicles to finance instead of another lease. I have worked with Charlie from the start of my Clinton Honda relationship way back when, and he has always been completely reliable, resourceful, pleasant to work with and above all ...trustworthy. I always felt and knew that I was making the right choice for me with the help and support of Charlie throughout every process I've experienced there (3 leases and now 1 purchase!). Yet again, I couldn't be happier with my decision and purchase, and yet again Charlie helped make it a super smooth transaction - so much so that I found myself saying "really? ...that's it!? ..that easy?!" ...and yes, it was - and a great testament that not everything has to be so hard and can actually be an enjoyable experience and that there still is great service out there!! and working with Ajay on the financials was a joy as well and again, made very simple and pleasant for the consumer.
