Purchased CR-V with good though not great experience Plus: Joe in internet sales- Quick responses, high engagement level, personable Plus: Final deal was good, not great - Fair Plus: Strong positive Plus: Joe in internet sales- Quick responses, high engagement level, personable Plus: Final deal was good, not great - Fair Plus: Strong positive history with service team gives confidence if ever comes a problem Minus: Initial e-quote did not include specifically requested options (found out upon arrival) Minus: The after market options push from John in finance was a bit much - he had trouble accepting "no" for an answer, which I expect from sales but the continued push from the finance guy while waiting to hear my interest rate options was pretty annoying. Minus: Took 13 days to get Remote Starter installed, numerous calls and emails back and fourth with dealership and installers and then a last second reschedule was needed when the installer cancelled in the morning due to "rain" - messing up my day which was rescheduled to meet this install appointment. This could have been handled better. I'll certainly consider buying Honda again from Joe and the Clinton team, though next time I'll skip John in the finance department or give Judy and Ajay a chance. More

Very easy transaction Gil was a very nice salesmen. We started off for a minute on a bad foot but I gave him a hug and everything was good. Lol Purchased a Honda HRV and Gil was a very nice salesmen. Knowledgable and easy to work with I sent an email and promptly received a response from Bill Ripka. Since he would be out on the day of the test drive, he referred me to Perry Snitkin, I sent an email and promptly received a response from Bill Ripka. Since he would be out on the day of the test drive, he referred me to Perry Snitkin, who was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Perry was able to tell me all about the car and I was given a tour of the dealership after we were done. Finance was able to get me a much, much lower interest rate than the credit union. There was some pressure to get additional items, but they were not pushy. However, I did get the Simoniz Glasscoat and it has worked great so far. The bugs wipe off the front bumper with very minimal effort. Overall, I was able to get my 2015 Accord without any fuss. I love my car! Thanks for a no hassle experience. I would happily recommend Clinton Honda. More

They didn't have the color my daughter wanted so they were able to get it for us from another dealer. Charlie spent allot of time with my daughter explaining the different features and even set up her blue tooth pairing her phone with the car.
