Got it home and the next day the back brake was stuck and smoking. I called about the warranty, and at my request they sent me a pair of rear calipers, no charge. I replaced all of the rear brake components (calipers, pads, rotors and lines. When I purchased the car, it was important to me to have the Honda Owner's Manual and the Salesman Joe Carulli told me he would obtain it for me in some fashion, and include it in the package with the license plates. It did not come in the package. For two weeks I phoned, he would not take my calls, I emailed, he would not return my emails, and I left voice messages, he returned none of them. I finally resorted to calling the Sales Manager Mike Racano who told me it was located in a hidden compartment in the car. If you are contemplating purchasing a car from Clinton Honda make sure you get a sales person that will follow through on his promises, not Joe Carulli. More

He took the time to discuss the features and options on two models I was interested in and provided pricing on both. Upon choosing the HR-V the paperwork was promptly processed. On delivery day the vehicle was ready for pickup at the scheduled time and the closing document process with Judy was quick. Bill then went over the vehicle features and demonstrated / setup the Bluetooth radio/phone link. More

The next morning I received an email and follow-up call from Joe Vizzi. His description of the vehicle was right on point as I discovered when I arrived at the dealership. The test drive was flawless and when I asked if the car could be put on a lift so I could I could inspect the frame and suspension there was no hesitation and before I knew it we were in the shop with the car on the lift, and I was even given a flashlight and a mechanic to answer any questions I might have had. A complete open book into the cars history along with the car fax. Working with Joe was a pleasure, no pressure, he is a true believer in the product that he sells and there were no surprises even with the pricing we discussed on my trade in. Although it's a 2 hour ride for me to get to the dealership Joe made it worthwhile and I will recommend Clinton Honda and Joe Vizzi to anyone who asks about the vehicle and why I chose to go to New Jersey to make the purchase. One more comment, the financing portion that was completed by Judy Meier was also a pleasurable experience various rates and length of loan to fit my budget was more than I expected. I'm a very satisfied customer. More
