Frankly, I was skeptical and not really expecting much to come out of the conversation. Little did I know, that by that evening I was going to take delivery of a new vehicle that not only met but exceeded my expectations. In a short amount of time, Gil had secured the financing and had found the vehicle that I wanted. It is important to note, that all this happened over six very brief e-mail messages over the course of the work day! The only time I came to the dealership was to sign for and take delivery of my new car right after work. I met Judy, the Finance Manager, at the dealership. I found her to be warm, friendly, and understanding. We had a great conversation about what I was going to use my vehicle for and what my driving habits, budget and needs were (I drive 30,000 miles a year). Based on this conversation, Judy set me up with a realistic payment plan and warranty and is working to get me cash back on the unused portion of my previous vehicle's extnded warranty. Both Gil and Judy were an absolute pleasure to work with. Genuine, no nonsense, no gimmicks, professional and very friendly. Again, the whole transaction took six brief emails and only coming in to the dealership to take delivery. This was the easiest most stress free automobile transaction I've ever experienced. As the dealership was closing (nearly 8pm) Joe insisted on driving me home. This was extremely kind and unnecessary as I had essentially already agreed to the deal and it would have been difficult to get a ride at that time. The following day Joe helped me organize the paperwork with my insurance agent and finalize the deal. I am very happy with the car and even happier with the wonderful customer service.
