We had a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this dealership! Charlie, our sales person was very informative and so helpful. Any questions I had he answered me immediately. It was truly a smooth transaction. We unfortunately stop prior at another dealership a town away and it was awful. Clinton Honda is the only place I’ll go for my cars from now on. Thanks guys! More

Buying experience was OK, but don't buy the extended warranty. I bought the platinum 10yr/125,000 mile warranty when I purchased the vehicle new in 2020. As soon as we were out of factory warranty, no warranty. I bought the platinum 10yr/125,000 mile warranty when I purchased the vehicle new in 2020. As soon as we were out of factory warranty, nothing was covered - always a reason. Purge valve goes at 48,000 miles - warranty service company (which is NOT Honda but some 3rd party, they didn't tell me that) says 'no'. Visor won't close (which is extremely common per service team - and person next to me had same problem) not covered although it's not excluded in the agreement. Service department refers to warranty company as "they" vs "us" and won't stand behind you or fight for it. So buy the car if you like - but pass on the warranty. It's not Honda, so they don’t seem to care and you’re just stuck with a nameless faceless 3rd party that the dealership doesn't particularly care to manage well. They got their cut, I suppose. More
