From the moment I drove into the bay, my experience was nothing but EXCELLENT. This was my first time at the Kia service center. The gentleman that helped me at the service desk was Knowledgeable and pers nothing but EXCELLENT. This was my first time at the Kia service center. The gentleman that helped me at the service desk was Knowledgeable and personable. The waiting area was clean, well stocked with refreshments, the chairs were extremely comfortable. But truly, it was your employees were All extremely friendly and professional. The exterior car wash was so incredible, when I got home I had to look at the entire car!!! Thank You! More

They like to threaten to sue you for changing your mind, especially Guder “GQ” Quezada. All I wanted was some advice on preowned cars vs. a new vehicle and he immediately went on the side of “I owe him” and especially Guder “GQ” Quezada.
