My wife and I were looking for a mini-van to transport our dogs. I had researched mini-vans and liked what I had read about the Kia Carnival. Great customer service but this time my appointment was for 12:30 to check brakes. Didn't get a call until after 3:30 to let me know what needed to be done. Authorized the work and it was after 5:30 before for 12:30 to check brakes. Didn't get a call until after 3:30 to let me know what needed to be done.
