I took the 2019 in for a few reasons, one was a crack inside the radio screen, I was told that it was out of warranty...The car is actually still under warranty until November, accept the radio it only h inside the radio screen, I was told that it was out of warranty...The car is actually still under warranty until November, accept the radio it only had three years.. So I called the 800 # for Kia and was told that I could file a Good Will to be be considered.. Was told that they would charge me half, witch was a little over 600.00 this car only has 17,000 miles on it.... I don't think so. I was just a little surprised with a car having so few miles that they would not cover the total... More

A different gentleman in the service center is now handling all of my service center needs, and the anxiety of having to deal with when my car needs service is starting to go down. He tells me what to expect, arranged concierge service, which is a huge help since I am only 1 of 2 in a very busy office with changing hours/days, and take care of a senior. The gentlemen that picked up and brought back my car were polite, and even phoned me, For all of this, I am grateful that the recent experiences are so much better!. More

My car was tricky with it's hard start issue, but the technician wouldn't give up until he found the problem. It wasn't exactly cheap but my car is fixed, no more lights on the dashboard, free shuttle se technician wouldn't give up until he found the problem.
