Towed my Jeep in since I bought it there a little over a year ago and the next morning Sam said that it started and was fine and come pick it up and treated me like I was an idiot so my son went to get it a year ago and the next morning Sam said that it started and was fine and come pick it up and treated me like I was an idiot so my son went to get it and tried explaining to him the issue with the Jeep and Sam just told him to take it to a dodge dealership which I ended up having it towed right after it was picked up to Victory dodge dealership which actually took the time to check it out and fix it and did so in a timely manner. Spoke to the service manager today, 7-13-22 and he did apologize and made this entire situation unbelievably acceptable. Thank you John Wigger for your understanding and making this situation right! I understand that everyone makes mistakes and at least you did right by me! More

Very pleasant people, but handicapped by Kia corporate thievery. I was outraged by the cost estimate for changing four (4!) spark plugs as part of the 60,000 mile service, until it was ranked as "fair" c thievery. I was outraged by the cost estimate for changing four (4!) spark plugs as part of the 60,000 mile service, until it was ranked as "fair" compared with other dealerships. Of course, since the same spark plugs cost over the counter only about a quarter of what Kia charges, it's just another example of the outrageous price gouging that Kia seems to practice everywhere! The best that can be said is that the folks at Coastal Kia are not quite the total crooks that other dealerships have proven to be! More
