I just wanted to say Thank you to Sam and Kelly, who both made my last service appt easy and a pleasure. Sam is always top notch in customer service with me. Took car for service, and had very pleasant experience. The waiting area is very nice, with comfortable seating, wi-fi, snacks tv and bottled water, all free. Overall I was displeased with the pricing. After discussing a price, I came in and they tried to charge me an additional 200 for the price of the part (alternator). I told them it was unacceptable, discussing a price, I came in and they tried to charge me an additional 200 for the price of the part (alternator). I told them it was unacceptable, and that was not what was previously discussed. Then they added an additional part (a belt) and charged 200 just for the part, saying it was broke, but after looking into it I found several for under 30 showing they just wanted to get the money back from the other part. I have worked at a dealership and know how they work, but I won't be back. More

Friendly, thoroughly-professional, quick to follow-up. Sharp, honest, empathetic, affable. Then Jason Stone: a Master Salesman and "mover-of-metal." Jason provided a friendly, comfortable, customer-oriented atmosphere in which my wife and I could confer and not feel "pushed" into making rash decisions. Adjectives to describe: consummate weatherman (takes a High Pressure situation and immediately makes it seem like a Low Pressure scenario); relatable; down-to-Earth; great sense of humor; really knows his stuff. And finally Michael Miscavage: unflappable (we were in his office and it was 9:00 p.m. on a Friday and he was easygoing); customer-oriented (he looked into many different warranty options, trying to save us money), and great with mixing numbers with chit-chat. Pat K. has put together an "A-Team" here. We will most definitely be back not only for standard maintenance but for future purchases. More
