Amazing Staff I've gone to Coastal Kia several times over the last year and they always go above and beyond. I was concerned about having to take time off work when I've gone to Coastal Kia several times over the last year and they always go above and beyond. I was concerned about having to take time off work when my airbag light came on. But, Bob from the service department ordered the part before my appointment so it would be ready the same day. Plus it turned out to be covered by the extended warranty so everything was free!! Bob who drives the courtesy shuttle took me to work that morning. He was so sweet and made my commute much more fun than riding alone! Angela was nice enough to deliver my car back to me when it was done so I didn't even have to leave work to pick it up. The staff at Coastal Kia are amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and I wouldn't go anywhere else! More

I have had all my service at your store for nearly 8 years, and I have never had any reason to complain about the service on my car or from the desk. Even making an appt. Is pleasant.
