I have gone in 3 times for a cylinder 4 engine misfire. The first time they did nothing and my the second time they only ordered a part. When I asked about options to get my car fixed sooner than later the The first time they did nothing and my the second time they only ordered a part. When I asked about options to get my car fixed sooner than later they told me there were no options. Approximately 2-3 weeks go by and they finally offer to let me rent a car, when they previously said they do not do that. Basically I had been driving my car for 3 weeks with a bad engine and no A/C. This visit was mishandled from start to finish. More

Helpful when looking for the care but felt very overwhelmed and somewhat felt like things weren’t totally explained. Esp with the trade. But at this point it’s already a done deal. There are chips and some minor cosmetic stuff that needs to be fixed and when addressed to salesman he said keep an eye on them or. … I plan on bringing these to service dept as in these should be fixed and addressed.
