Made an appointment and expected for an oil change to take about an hour. I showed up early spoke with the agent and it ended up taking 2 hours. Nothing is quick here in my experience. To top it all off my oil cap literally says what oil to put in my vehicle, my paperwork from the service agent does not match with that oil. I went to this dealership because it’s the brand of my car that I own. I guess assuming they know what oil to use was wrong. Lastly, when I questioned the agent about why my paperwork doesn’t match the type of oil used in my car according to the owners manual, he was disrespectful and a smart xxx about it. What a great customer experience. More

Service department mgr provided a verbal quote for tow hitch installation, which helped me make the decision to move forward. The charge was as quoted and the technician also discovered that I needed a 4 hitch installation, which helped me make the decision to move forward.
