Wonderful,thorough,clean. It is always easy and nice to wait for your car at this dealership. It is clean and there are plenty of snacks and WiFi. Always someone to talk to in the waiting area. Second opinion needed before getting work done because recommended work may not be required. I had NC State Inspection done February 21, 2023. Passed inspection but SUV needed "immediate attention" for recommended work may not be required. I had NC State Inspection done February 21, 2023. Passed inspection but SUV needed "immediate attention" for rear brake pads near limit (2 mm each). Took SUV to Firestone to have rear brake pads replaced and both brake pads measured 6 mm. No work needed. Second, on May 8, 2023 the Kia service shop said front wheel "Alignment Required". Again, I took car to Firestone to have front wheel alignment done. Firestone checked front wheel alignment and it was good. No work needed. Lesson learned = get second opinion. More
