Rattle in back suspension turned out to be rear self-leveling shock insulator and locking nut. This is a known 'service bulletin' issue. I will be asking for a loaner as this service is 2 plus hours and quite inconvenient with my work schedule. I despise the number of emails I receive asking me to rate the service I receive as well as being asked to fill them out. I love having the overnight drop box, just wish I dropped my keys inside a slot in a door instead of the drop box on the sidewalk. This doesn't feel as secure as I think it could be. Darren answered all my questions about the brake pads and confirmed for me that I can hold off a few more months before replacing them. More

Coastal Kia goes above and beyond what is expected every time we come in. I am always impressed any time we need to bring our Kia in. Sam is amazing to work with. He's fast, friendly, and stops to explain any questions that you have no matter how many or how small. Everyone you meet at the dealership is always friendly and will say hi to you and see if you need anything. Coastal Kia makes you feel like family! More
