Rattle in back suspension turned out to be rear self-leveling shock insulator and locking nut. This is a known 'service bulletin' issue. I will be asking for a loaner as this service is 2 plus hours and quite inconvenient with my work schedule. I despise the number of emails I receive asking me to rate the service I receive as well as being asked to fill them out. I love having the overnight drop box, just wish I dropped my keys inside a slot in a door instead of the drop box on the sidewalk. This doesn't feel as secure as I think it could be. Darren answered all my questions about the brake pads and confirmed for me that I can hold off a few more months before replacing them. More
