I had an appointment and arrived before the service department had opened. Several of the employees made a point to say hello. When I pulled in I was greeted and taken right in. He double check with me about what was going to be done to the vehicle. After check in he walked me to the waiting area explaining where everything was and if I had any questions to feel free to contact him. I was told approximate completion time but the vehicle was finished ahead of schedule. This was by far the best experience I ever had with any service department. I will be back. More

My headlight went out 5 am on Saturday as I was leaving for work. I did not want to get a ticket. I called Sam and he was booked solid, but told me if I could be there by 3 pm, he would fit me in. Appointment scheduled for 9:30am. They had in book for 12:30. Showed email confirmation without acknowledgment of their mistake. I waited until 4pm to get car!
