Not happy at all with my service. I will not bring my Optima back anymore. I bought it back because it was still running hot when sitting idle after I had to fan replaced. I was told it was the fan not thermostat at that time. Now when I take it back they say it's is. Also, issues with the engine. I hadthis engine put in by Kia when the first one went out and there was no negligence. They didn't see any oil leaks and couldn't explain why there was no oil. I gave them documentation of oil changes. I keep my vehicles current. I had to eat that $5500. I asked them to check to see if it needed an alignment. They check, but when they called and told me they would email the results and charges, I responded not to do anything I would talk to husband. I sent my daughter to pick the car up, the had done the alignment without my consent. They said I needed 3 tires so why was this done? I'm done. I won't purchase another. We have three. I've always been committed to Kia. I got rid of all other vehicles. No more More
