Bob in the service department is fantastic to work with! We used to take our vehicles to another dealership for service. We tried to make an appointment and were told it would be at least six weeks to get We used to take our vehicles to another dealership for service. We tried to make an appointment and were told it would be at least six weeks to get our vehicle in for a safety concern that we had. Bob was able to get us in within 2 days! We will continue to drive a little farther to get our vehicles serviced because Bob and Coastal Kia offer top notch customer service! More
