Coastal Kia service department are amazing. The gentleman I spoke with, Sam, treated me with respect and answered my questions without making feel dumb for not knowing the inside and out details for my car. They picked up my car, took a look at it, to ease my mind, and brought it back to me with no issues. He even called me to explain what they had done and what i could expect from my car, moving forward. It was THE BEST experience I have ever had from a mechanic team and service department...EVER! Took my Kia for oil change and tire rotation. Tires were not rotated but was charged for it. When I called about John asked me how I know this. I told him I travel 40 miles to work everyday and I frequent not rotated but was charged for it. When I called about John asked me how I know this. I told him I travel 40 miles to work everyday and I frequently check the tire pressure. My tires were in the same place on the car as when I brought it in. He said he didn't understand how I knew this and that most people wouldn't even notice this. After that comment, it makes me question the work they did. The oil was changed but I had my car picked up for the rotation again and to check to make sure the actually replaced the air cabin filter. More
