Bob kept me updated on the progress of the work and emailed me quotes prior to doing any work. I like that I can see in writing and select the repairs online that I agree to. My car received a courtesy wash after servicing making her look & drive great! Because Coastal Kia is an hour away for me, I've always had my car serviced locally. But, not anymore. After comparing quotes for work from new brakes, synthetic oil change, etc. I found Coastal Kia is more competitive in pricing and the service is excellent. I'll be making that drive in the future! Bob the courtesy van was nice and knowledgeable Kia vehicles, he was a pleasure riding with. In addition the service department found an oil leak around the oil filter housing. Thanks to the Lifetime wrap policy I purchased when I purchased the Sedona in 2012 the cost will be a small deductible, I'm going to drive this van until the wheels fall off. When we purchase another vehicle I'm 99% sure it will be a Kia, they get great reviews from Consumer Reports, So save money buy a Kia , the next time you purchase a new or used vehicle. More
