Normally great service. After waiting 1 1/2 hours for my oil change to finish I inquired about it being completed. They said not yet. But I saw my car in the parking lot After waiting 1 1/2 hours for my oil change to finish I inquired about it being completed. They said not yet. Turns out it was done and had been for a while, but no one paged me nor went to the waiting area to see if I was there. Not sure why this happened except maybe because the person who checked me in was gone for the day when I checked on my car status. I'm sure that normally someone is designated to take care of the customer in that situation? Maybe there was not a good handoff upon his departure. More

NOTHING GOOD, they had my new vehicle a week, returned it filthy dirty, drove it 350 miles and used 3/4 if a tank full of gas test driving a new Tundra. Service manager LIED to me claiming no one drove it ye filthy dirty, drove it 350 miles and used 3/4 if a tank full of gas test driving a new Tundra.
