Very disappointing service experience for my Toyota Tundra pickup! My vehicle oil change service was not executed correctly and when I brought the situation to the attention of the Service Manager - Tundra pickup! My vehicle oil change service was not executed correctly and when I brought the situation to the attention of the Service Manager - Zack, the situation hasn’t been addressed properly in my opinion. I would like to be contacted directly by the Dealership Operations Manager to share more details about the entire situation.
