Maintenance light not reset, maintenance sticker not replaced, paper left in the floor board, chalk left on a tire, vehicle inspection not completed/included in $100 oil change. Came in to have my Battery checked and was met by Brenton. (11:37) He did the paperwork and he asked if I was going to wait and I told him that I would. 20-30 minutes later, he calls and says that my Brenton. (11:37) He did the paperwork and he asked if I was going to wait and I told him that I would. 20-30 minutes later, he calls and says that my battery is bad and he then tells me about a 5 year warranty or lifetime warranty. For the price ($165 over $250). He also said that I possibly have a leak in the cooling system. I told him to take care of the battery because I don’t have the time to have the system checked. Now 4 hours later I replied back to the text message that is sent to get a status update and no response. I then went back out to the service area and see that he has left. (I’m assuming for the day) So now I’m just waiting for someone to ask and everyone has a phone to their ear. Another 5-10 minutes passed and whom I believe is one of the managers came over and asked me if I needed help. I told him that I was here to get my battery changed and I’ve been waiting for 4 hours and Brenton is not here anymore. He asked about service advisor if Brenton left any paperwork for my car.answer was no. He then got on the computer and printed out a copy of my paperwork and went to the service bays area. Another 5-10 minutes later he came back and said that the car would be ready in about 10 minutes. Now I’ve been waiting for 4 1/2 hours and he pulls my car in to the service advisor area and then does my paperwork. He asks what price I was quoted and then he has to call someone to get a code to get the price down. I asked him why do the dealerships charge a labor fee of $ 30 for a battery change that took over 4 hours and I could have just done to a auto parts store and paid them for the same service that should have taken minutes. He didn’t answer!!!!!!! I have taken my car here for years now but I’m not sure if I will return. More
