Cost was MUCH HIGHER than the value of the services performed. Same price as Lexus Services without the attention to detail nor additional automobile services Lexus provides. I hope they enjoy the additional $200 ...they could have made thousands of dollars more over time doing business with me. Again, nothing wrong with the employees that helped me.
