The salesperson talked my wife into new brake pads when they were just replaced a year earlier. No signs that she needed new pads. She went in for an oil change and spent $750 on various items. Tried to tell me a cabin filter that was replaced three months ago needed to be exchanged. Inspected the filter to see that this was incorrect, and filter was still as clean as when it was replaced by myse months ago needed to be exchanged. Inspected the filter to see that this was incorrect, and filter was still as clean as when it was replaced by myself. Also had a tire leaking air on the driver front, they weren't able to locate the leak but 20 minutes later Mavis tire had it found and fixed. Feel as if the truck was just pushed through the service department without a thorough inspection. Needless to say, my business will most likely go to Riverside Toyota of Rome. This isn't the only issue I've had either, took the truck in for a transmission shift issue. They claimed it was all good. Truck still doesn't shift as it should. Instead, they suggested a flush and fill which I did. Still didn't work to resolve the issue. More
