We were misinformed that the the model we selected has power seats and it did not. It did not even have a recliner option for the driver seat which I consider a safety thing as not everyone is the same hi power seats and it did not. I was misinformed and called them to turn in the truck back to them in less than 6 hours of getting it and they refused and they said we have no return or exchange. I am so unhappy with their xxxxty customer service and how they are so un thankful and un grateful to their customers and do not care about people's safety all they care about to get (push) you out of that door with a sale. We arrived and were told it might not be ready until the next day or sometime after 6pm. We drove back to North Woodstock and upon arriving, we got a text saying the car was ready. I was on a trip with my sister and my little dog when the alternator went out. We got safely to a parking lot. I called Cobb County Toyota and Anthony started the ball rolling. He gave me the number of a tow truck and Jimmy came to the rescue. We got to the dealership safely and Jimmy was awesome! I was able to rent a vehicle to finish our trip. After learning that my vehicle was a goner, Mark was able to get me into a 2024 RAV4! Identical to the one I rented.
