I appreciate that they were friendly greeted me in a timely fashion even when it was at an hour and a half before closing. The phone system is not effective for reaching your service representative, and it has been this way for the last 20 years. A call into the service department invariable reaches the wrong person, after which you you're put on hold, followed by a disconnect - very frustrating. I worked with David Roth when he was there - never had a problem reaching him, plus he was excellent to work with, I can't imagine what circumstances resulted in his separation from the company. In fact, the only reason I came to Cobb County Toyota this time is because David texted me early around 6:00 am Monday morning saying he wouldn't be there at Nalley Toyota of Roswell to help me due to a case of vertigo. Now that is someone that really cares and puts a genuine effort into communicating. In terms of Cobb County Toyota's quality of the technical service - I think excellent, as usual. Very impressive work area - first class. I'm happy that your mechanics have a nice and spacious work area. However, saw "after the fact" that I purchased a "remanufactured" alternator. I supposed it's because new ones are no longer available, but I don't know. More

Not necessarily the service center but was promised when I got my car I would get a full detailing and a full tank of gas. He called and mentioned that they would not be able to get all the dog hair out and I said that is fine. I come to pick up my car and only the front was vacuumed. The truck and back seat were not touched at all. I went on a beach trip and none of the sand in my trunk or back seat was vacuumed. So the guy takes my car back and only vacuumed the trunk. I told him to take my car back and vacuum the rest, he said “we don’t offer detailing”, why was I offered this if it is something that is outsourced? Then when he turns around and said “well I didn’t put the sand there”. By then told him to get out my car and to not worry about it. Every time I come to this dealership I have been met with rude and disrespectful employees and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. More
