I also dealt with Mike Stallings a bit over the phone, who set up an appointment for me to come in. Mark Kilgerman was extraordinarily nice and helpful. He was so detailed when explaining all the features of the car. Bernard was easy to work with in the finance department. After the sale, Mark sat in the car and explained everything in detail. I cannot say enough good things about Mark. More

Salesman was great to work with. I think the "second" part of the buying experience was really too long. That process should not be over an hour. Three weeks ago, I brought my 2020 Tacoma in for service. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle stripped the bolts on the skid plate when reinstalling. After waiting almost three hours, I was told that the b The mechanic who worked on my vehicle stripped the bolts on the skid plate when reinstalling. After waiting almost three hours, I was told that the bracket where the skid plate is attached was rusted out and had to be replaced. I told the service manager that I wanted to wait on ordering the parts. I wanted to speak with the dealership about the warranty first. I would like to get the parts ordered to fix the truck but no one will return my calls from service. On one call I was transferred to parts who told me I had to speak with service.
