The rep was implying that i wasnt in the right location for my coupon email that i received and stated that coupon are not email but mail. Which was incorrect. I am giving this dealership a rating of 1 because 0 is not an option. The service has been horrible! My car was being serviced for a recall and Toyota kept my car for two entire days. No one contacted me not an option. The service has been horrible! My car was being serviced for a recall and Toyota kept my car for two entire days. No one contacted me to tell me that my car was ready and I didn’t receive a car to drive in the meantime. The second day they had my car, it took me the entire day to get into contact with them to send a shuttle to pick me up. Just to find out that no service was even performed. I did not receive an apology or any kind of compensation for this inconvenience. Only excuses. The management (Zack Claybrooks to be specific) was very rude to me and dismissive when I brought up this issue to him. I will not be recommending anyone to purchase a car at this dealership ever in the future and will be filing a formal complaint. Just horrible. More
